Richter's embouchure training covers flute playing in its entirety. The training programme is aimed at advanced flutists and intended for independent practice, not primarily for teaching. Richter's programme is novel and has a sporty character. With an ever new, fresh wording, he prevents a relapse into purely mechanical practising. A practising cycle is ten days with ten exercises each in ten minutes each day. The edition is bilingual in German and English.
